WTF? My first question is how would you know that a mouse was retarded? Is there some kind of test or something. And if you could find out if a mouse was retarded, why would you want to?

I fully get what you’re saying, that was my first impression as well.
I imagine they run a great load of tests such as putting 1000 mice through the exact same maze under the precise and same conditions and those bottom 5 percent or so that just wander around with not a clue they call those retarded.
I don’t know, I’m just guessing.
